Owner and Founder, Herefordian, Andrew Morris, went straight into Estate Agency after leaving school in 1967 so now has over 44 years experience in the business.
Andrew founded his company in August 1986. He has vast knowledge and expertise in the sale of city and country property plus a special interest in the sale of new homes. Additionally, Andrew Morris is experienced in the valuation of residential property and building land, as well as sale by auction.
Andrew has extended his expertise and knowledge to the team here at Andrew Morris Estate Agents and the company has recently become the first Herefordshire Estate Agents, Valuers & Auctioneers to become licensed under the new legislation announced by the National Association of Estate Agents.

We marketed a house in Credenhill with Andrew Morris in Ocober 2011.The pictures they did were brilliant and the sales staff second to none.They arranged viewings promptly and the house sold within a month,which in these difficult times was amazing.They have kept in touch through the whole process and worth their commission.

Andrew Morris sold my house for me a couple of years ago. They also organised the seller's pack and energy efficiency certificate for me.
Although it took a little while to sell (it was just as the economy collapsed), they kept me informed of viewer opinions, made helpful suggestions to improve the chances of getting an offer, and continued to promote the property in adverts etc. After we accepted an offer they remained in the loop to help ensure we completed, which it did.
If I was selling again I would choose Andrew Morris without hesitation.
